Delivery Information

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the UK. Our standard shipping includes postcodes in mainland England, Scotland & Wales excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands. We do not currently offer delivery to areas outside of this but we will review this in the future.

Order confirmation

Once you receive a confirmation email your order will be processed, therefore no amendments can be made to the products or shipping address. Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly at checkout. We do not offer any refunds or order changes if the address has been input incorrectly.

We aim to process and fulfil your Oh So Yum order within 3-5 working days of placing your order (at the moment due to the high volume of orders). We aim to pack your order much quicker than this where we can. Once packed, we send it out via our DPD courier partner, who aim to deliver your parcel the next day from dispatch, but this can be 1-2 days. You may receive a notification text keeping you up to date with your order.

Please note: We only deliver on weekdays. We currently do not offer weekend deliveries and there is no option to do so at checkout. If you require your order for an event at the weekend please take this into account when you place your order

When will my order be delivered?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that delivery instructions provided to us will be carried out and are not liable for any errors made by our courier partners and can’t be held liable for delays in delivery or lost or damaged parcels.

Why we don’t guarantee delivery dates

We currently are processing a high volume of orders & due to the nature of our products, there is a ‘bake’ time that is often needed to be factored in.

Incorrect addresses (it happens to the best of us!)

You, or the recipient may not be in to receive the package

Our courier: whilst they’re on the whole great, they may in rare instances have issues out of our control (for example adverse weather conditions, a blown tyre – and this may cause a delay in the courier getting your treats to you.)

Shipping terms

We use DPD as our shipping partner and as such offer you delivery guidelines based on their published recommendations.

We are not liable for any delivery issues once the items have left our kitchen as we will have fulfilled the order at our location and handed over to DPD. However, we will do our best to understand and resolve issues where we can.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from DPD with tracking details. DPD will then send you a text on the morning of the delivery telling you a 1-hour delivery window. If this doesn’t work for you, you can request alternative options with DPD directly.

If you will be out at the time of delivery; please leave a note with DPD directly once they have sent you your order tracking details. If you leave a note with DPD, they can leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. If you do not leave a clear note with DPD and deliveries are missed, unfortunately, we cannot be liable and you may need to travel to the nearest drop off site as advised by DPD. We are not liable for any travel costs to collect your parcel.

Please note that if you have incorrectly entered your address or details at checkout, DPD will not be able to reach you. In this instance, we are not obliged to refund and/or reissue your products.

The products will be at your risk from the time you accept delivery of the products from the courier.
