Returns & Info
Oh So Yum cannot accept any returns for perishable or bespoke goods. This refers to all products. If an item is returned to the sender or refused for whatever reason, we cannot accept the items and they will have to be disposed of due to the nature of the items, which means we are unable to refund.
During the summer period some products, especially confectionery, may melt during transport. All orders containing such products are shipped at the customers’ own risk. Once dispatched we are unable to control the temperature that the goods are shipped in therefore we are unable to take responsibility for items that, once delivered, turn to have suffered any types of damage from the heat.
If your order is damaged, open or you believe it is missing items please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the parcel being delivered. In the email you must provide photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and/or items, your name, order number and a clear description of your query. Failure to contact us within this time frame, may impact any resolution offered.

Whilst we are unable to change the contents of your order once it is placed. If you need to change the delivery date, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your name, order number and a clear description of your request. Then, if your order has not already been dispatched, we will look to complete your request but this can not be guaranteed.

If the value of your voucher exceeds the cost of your order, you will be credited with the remainder to use on your next order. You cannot select a specific value to redeem on your order.
We use DPD (UK). You will receive a tracking number from DPD (UK) and will be able to track your order by following this link. Please note that we usually use DPD as our shipping partner and as such offer you delivery guidelines based on their published recommendations. Therefore we are not liable for any delivery issues once the items have left our kitchen. However, we will do our best to understand and resolve issues on your behalf. We deliver throughout the UK. Our standard shipping includes postcodes in mainland England and Wales. However, our couriers charge extra to deliver to the Scottish Islands and Highlands as well as Northern Ireland or Channel Islands. Read our full Delivery Information.
If your order is placed before 1 PM Monday to Thursday, we will do our best to ship it the very same day. However, due to our couriers delivery schedules, we do not dispatch orders Friday to Sunday, or on bank holidays. Therefore, delivery may take 2-3 working days.

Our products have an ambient shelf life of up to 7 days. Keep them in an air-tight container for extra yumminess. You can enjoy our products at room temperature. *Top tip*: Unlock extra yumminess by warming up our products.
Our products are all suitable for a Halal diet, including our pick and mix sweets which are from an halal approved supplier. However, we recommend checking the allergens and ingredients for each product before purchasing, to ensure they are suitable for your dietary requirements.
We offer select items which are made from a Vegan recipe. However we suggest checking the allergen information for each product to determine which products may suit your dietary requirements. Also please be aware that whilst we take measures to avoid cross contamination, we handle other ingredients/allergens in our kitchens/bakeries. Due to this, we are advising that our products are not suitable for milk and egg allergy sufferers as these allergens are present in our kitchens.
We have select items available made with gluten free recipes, such as our mixed gluten free brownie range. Although all measures are taken to avoid cross contamination, we handle other ingredients/allergens in our kitchens/bakeries. Due to this, we are advising that our products are currently not suitable for coeliac allergy sufferers.

There is no minimum subscription time. You can request for your account to be cancelled or paused at any time by emailing email@example.com atleast 3 working days before your direct debit for the month is due if you don't wish to be charged for the next month's box.
Sign up and your first box will be dispatched a few days after your payment has been processed, and this will continue each month. Dates are indicativr & may vary
Unfortunately, we do not offer customisation of boxes at the moment and boxes are made up every month based on a random selection and we will always endevaour to provide you with the most tastiest, fun selection different to the previous month to ensure you get to try a variety of Oh So Yummy goods!
At the moment, we only offer standard subscriptions but hope to be able to offer more in the future! If you are vegan or have a gluten-free diet, please check out our Brownie boxes as we have something to suit all there.
