We deliver throughout the UK. Our standard shipping includes postcodes in mainland England, Scotland & Wales excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands. We do not currently offer delivery to areas outside of this but we will review this in the future.

We aim to process and fulfil your Oh So Yum order within 3-5 working days of placing your order (at the moment due to the high volume of orders). We aim to pack your order much quicker than this where we can. Once packed, we send it out via our DPD courier partner, who aim to deliver your parcel the next day from dispatch, but this can be 1-2 days. You may receive a notification text keeping you up to date with your order.

The cookies arrived broken from oh so yum and the service for delivery was terrible

The cookies arrived broken from oh so yum and the service for delivery was terrible. The customer care support has been very poor.

I have had some email interacrion from them but it has been inconsistent and I am still waiting a reply to my most recent email with the complaint I put in. No response to date. The service level has gone down since the previous order I placed. I will not be placing an order from here again,
